📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy automation solutions and API-based enterprise integrations • Develop PowerShell scripts using Microsoft Graph, Microsoft cloud technologies, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and similar platforms • Automate repetitive Technology administrative processes using reusable scripts, modules, functions, components, standards, and frameworks • Troubleshoot, refactor, optimize, monitor, maintain, and support production automations, workflows, scripts, scheduled processes, and integrations • Investigate API, authentication, permission, and integration failures • Manage certificates, application registrations, API permissions, service accounts, and secrets • Partner with Technology teams to gather requirements, document workflows, prioritize the automation backlog, and develop solution designs • Support integrations, data flows, acquisitions, deployments, migrations, onboarding, and Technology projects • Develop tools for Endpoint, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cybersecurity, and Application teams • Maintain technical documentation, source code repositories, version control, automation governance, reports, and dashboards • Research automation, AI, and emerging technologies; develop proofs of concept and promote automation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred • 6+ years of related Information Technology experience • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing automation, scripting, integrations, or workflow solutions • Strong PowerShell and scripting expertise • Experience with API integrations and workflow automation • Familiarity with cloud and enterprise systems • Resume and portfolio required when applying • Ability to complete mandatory training within required timeframes and adhere to internal policies and Code of Conduct
