📋 Description

• Deliver remote technical support and services effectively • Execute GTAC and standard audit checklists • Report to regional stakeholders • Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input within Service Level Agreement timing • Comply with GSM processes for documentation and customer communication • Maintain detailed case documentation and follow up to ensure recommendations resolve customer issues • Respond efficiently and accurately to high volumes of customer inquiries, meeting or exceeding SLA response and resolution targets • Provide proactive, timely, and informative customer updates • Support Honeywell affiliates by participating in customer meetings • Maintain current knowledge of the HPS product and systems portfolio, with expert knowledge of Experion PKS Client/Servers • Create knowledge articles to share findings with team members • Support the follow-the-sun approach within the Global TAC organization or After-Hours Emergency Support • Work directly with Honeywell developers to resolve customer issues • Detect and report product defects • Visit customer locations when required for critical site investigations • Work in a global team to support defined products and technologies and resolve technical problems

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree in electronics, Chemical, instrumentation, or process technologies • 6+ years of experience with TPS and TPN product family and related architecture, including Honeywell TDC-3000/TDC-2000 • 6+ years of experience with Honeywell process control systems • Specific troubleshooting experience with LCN/ELCN, UCN/EUCN, HG/EHG/EPLCG, AM/EAM, APP/EAPP, ESVT, US/GUS/EST, PM/APM/HPM, EHPM/EHPMx/C300PM, NIM/ENIM/ENB, EHB, UEA, HM/ELCN HM, and TCMI • Must be a U.S. Person or have the ability to obtain export authorization • U.S. Person defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or person with protected asylum/refugee status in the U.S.
