📋 Description

• Deploy, sustain, and support enterprise shared software applications on-premises and in cloud environments using DevSecOps principles • Develop and maintain software deployment automation, container orchestration scripts, and infrastructure-as-code templates • Configure, harden, and maintain cybersecurity and compliance posture of hosted solutions • Support, optimize, and integrate software build/test pipelines • Resolve application service incidents and collaborate with Level-1 helpdesk teams on internal knowledge base articles • Plan and execute migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms • Develop enterprise-based solution architectures and present performance metrics and demonstrations to leadership • Partner with programs and stakeholder groups to align and support application deployments • Implement and maintain service monitoring scripts and tools to streamline operations and maximize uptime • Deploy, administer, and support enterprise-wide COTS software engineering and DevSecOps applications across classified and unclassified environments • Partner with engineering teams to migrate legacy technologies to container-based, cloud-hosted, Git-based solutions

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience • Strong Linux system administration experience • Experience deploying and managing server-based hosted COTS applications in enterprise environments using on-premises and cloud infrastructure services, including AWS and Azure • Hands-on experience using Docker and/or Podman • Ability to develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, and/or PERL • Troubleshooting knowledge of network and Web/HTTP concepts, including SSL, certificates, proxy, and REST • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Preferred: Experience deploying or administering Jira, GitLab, and/or Azure DevOps Server • Preferred: Ability to troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines/code in Jenkins, Azure, or GitLab • Preferred: Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu, or similar technologies • Preferred: Experience using Ansible, Chef, or Terraform • Preferred: Knowledge of vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, data spill remediation, FIPS compliance, SSL/TLS, and SELinux • Preferred: Windows system administration and Java-based application administration experience • Preferred: Strong understanding and implementation experience with SCRUM, Lean, Agile, or SAFe frameworks
