📋 Description

• Partner with internal CareSource IT teams to design and implement critical Cloud, DevOps, and SRE outcomes for Digital Solutions delivery teams • Define and deliver strategies to scale the Digital platform nationally • Build partnerships with Cloud, DevOps, Security, and Site Reliability Engineering organizations • Collaborate with business, product, and IT leaders and teams • Promote enterprise architecture principles, standards, methods, and strategic direction • Harden cloud-service implementations used by Digital projects • Build Terraform-based cloud infrastructure templates for common service use cases • Design and implement infrastructure and tooling/processes supporting blue/green deployments • Coordinate with the internal DevOps team on standards and deliver pipeline and process-automation enhancements • Define and implement automated rollback strategies • Integrate Agile product tools with VCS systems for automated release documentation • Lead context-based SRE alignment, strategy, and delivery for Digital products • Improve Digital Platform reliability, scalability, and performance and report metrics to leadership • Implement alerting, monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning with SRE teams • Lead technical evaluations and research and development in emerging technologies • Contribute code to launch initiatives and support development teams when technical expertise is needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Application Development, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems/Automation Engineering, or Cloud Application Architecture • Experience designing and implementing technically diverse application and infrastructure architectures in large-scale enterprise environments • Healthcare IT experience preferred • Experience with cloud-based application design, architecture, and development • Experience with event/message streaming technologies • Experience with monitoring and observability tooling and practices • Experience with relational and non-relational databases • Experience with frontend and backend development practices and patterns • Experience with infrastructure code and DevOps practices • Knowledge of IT service management principles • Knowledge of IT controls best practices in regulated/sensitive environments • Experience with test automation workflows and tools • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently and collaboratively • Strong written and verbal communication, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and facilitation skills • Ability to establish working relationships with stakeholders at different levels • Ability to contribute code and work with development teams • Experience with Terraform Enterprise, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platform, Azure Cloud, Dynatrace, Splunk, Docker, and Kubernetes • Architecture-level certification from a major cloud provider; Azure Cloud certifications preferred
