📋 Description

• Own the CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure as code, and security scanning across all DDPS/PRS environments • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using CMS enterprise tools • Maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation across multi-AZ production and non-production VPCs • Automate integration, testing, deployments, and post-implementation validation testing • Support BDD and TDD practices • Track operational metrics including PDE volumes, error rates, reconciliation accuracy, and uptime • Coordinate security scanning and ATO compliance • Support CMS ATO compliance, SSP maintenance, and vulnerability remediation • Coach development teams on DevSecOps practices • Adhere to project schedules and submit release deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 8 or more years in DevOps or DevSecOps • 4 or more years owning CI/CD for a production federal system • Hands-on expertise with Jenkins/CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory/XRay, SonarQube, Snyk, and GitHub • Hands-on AWS CloudFormation experience across multi-AZ production environments • Experience with EC2, Lambda, Systems Manager, VPC, IAM, and Secrets Manager • Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, Splunk On-Call/VictorOps, New Relic, and DataDog • Working knowledge of federal ATO, FISMA, and CMS ARS compliance processes • Experience with Bash, Groovy, and YAML scripting • Experience with Linux environments including RHEL, CentOS, and Amazon Linux 2 • Experience within a SAFe environment, including PI Planning and Agile Release Train delivery • Ability to pass CMS and internal required background checks for public trust • Preferred certification: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional • Position contingent upon contract award • Must reside in one of the designated U.S. states: Virginia, District of Columbia, Maryland, Tennessee, Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, or Texas
