📋 Description

• Receive and process straightforward customer orders across multiple platforms • Receive and process low-complexity change requests • Explain order status, invoices, contract balances, and other information needed to complete orders • Process standard document requests and selected higher-complexity ad hoc requests • Confirm final shipping and quality documentation and specifications with customers • Escalate undocumented issues to higher-level staff • Identify risks and opportunities to improve order management processes • Handle basic issues under direct supervision and escalate complex issues • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures • Ability to process customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures • Ability to process low-complexity change requests following defined policies and procedures • Ability to explain order status, invoices, contract balances, and related information • Ability to process standard document requests and higher-complexity ad hoc customer requests • Ability to confirm final shipping and quality documentation and specifications • Ability to escalate undocumented or complex issues appropriately • Applicants must not require employer sponsorship for work visas
