📋 Description

• Support larger customers with custom and complex needs in evaluating Caseware solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor to accounting firms and organizations during technology modernization decisions • Understand customers’ technology ecosystems and needs • Develop appropriate product offerings and implementation pathways • Liaise with product, account management, training, and professional services teams • Partner with Account Managers and other Solution Consultants to help complex customers evaluate and plan Caseware product implementations • Lead technical evaluation activities, including presentations, pilots, and proof of concepts • Share expertise on solutions and best practices with customers • Coordinate with technical or product subject-matter experts • Scope configuration and customization requirements and define actions to address them • Advise customers on architectural, authoring, and custom development capabilities and tools • Advise on Caseware AI-powered development capabilities, including JSON, GitHub, and Claude Code • Support customer evaluations and keep timelines and tasks on track • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams • Strategize with customers on migration from existing accounting and audit tools • Work with Professional Services teams and partners on migration requirements • Attend conferences, events, and onsite workshops • Maintain customer relationships and track industry standards and trends • Design and implement processes and systems for consistent, scalable services

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience designing, developing or implementing software solutions for the accounting industry OR at least 4 years experience performing External Audit, Review or Compilation engagements • Understanding of, or strong interest in, utilizing AI-powered software development capabilities • Ability to strategize and discuss how AI can be applied to key workflows with customers and prospects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • Ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs • Strong organization skills with experience tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Preferred: expertise in cloud-based software development, including JavaScript and JSON fundamentals • Preferred: Git-based version control proficiency • Preferred: practical experience utilizing AI tools, e.g., Claude Code, for development • Preferred: direct experience authoring in CaseWare solutions and/or utilizing CaseWare to create financial statements or perform engagements • Preferred: CPA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent, with 3+ years Audit or Accounting experience • Preferred: experience leading technology adoption, training, methodology, or innovation efforts in an accounting firm • Preferred: experience developing or maintaining audit methodologies, templates, or professional guidance • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, AI or related field • Preferred: experience and/or qualifications in project, product, or program management • Preferred: deep understanding of accounting, financial processes and technologies • Preferred: product, product marketing, sales experience, or experience working closely with those functional teams • Preferred: experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, e.g., Salesforce • Preferred: experience documenting internal processes and identifying/implementing efficiency or quality improvements • Candidates must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States
