📋 Description

• Manage an existing book of business and increase account retention • Act as a client advisory and strategic partner, with occasional support and backup for Account Managers • Build and maintain client relationships while meeting client retention goals • Coordinate assigned client activities within the client services team • Understand clients' businesses and strategic priorities • Develop and execute renewal and marketing strategies • Manage new client implementation processes • Analyze client needs and deliver creative, practical solutions • Lead and coordinate marketing evaluations • Advise key client decision makers and build strategic relationships • Negotiate renewal actions with carriers • Educate clients on applicable legislation and market trends • Monitor clients and provide innovative industry solutions • Participate in RFP processes and finalist presentations • Identify and propose additional services to existing clients • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old • High School Diploma or GED required • Up to 6 years of experience managing multiple clients of increasing complexity in the insurance industry • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to the field of expertise • Technical knowledge of contract provisions, renewal and claims processing, plan knowledge, and carrier funding • Expertise managing clients with alternative funding arrangements • Proficient use of applicable technology • Expert knowledge of state and federal legislation • Ability to set priorities and manage workflow for efficient, timely, and accurate deliverables • Demonstrated verbal and written communication abilities across all organizational levels • Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to travel based on client and business needs • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
