đź“‹ Description

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support global business objectives. • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent needs, and succession planning. • Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance. • Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational challenges. • Lead talent review and succession planning processes across global business units. • Identify high-potential talent and development opportunities with leaders. • Support performance management, goal setting, and career development initiatives. • Promote learning and leadership development programs. • Advise leaders on employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance concerns. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all regions. • Partner with legal and compliance teams on complex employee matters and risk mitigation. • Support engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. • Lead change management for transformations, acquisitions, restructures, and growth initiatives. • Support organizational design efforts and workforce transitions. • Collaborate with Total Rewards teams on compensation planning, incentive programs, and market competitiveness. • Provide guidance on salary recommendations, promotions, and organizational equity. • Support performance and compensation review cycles. • Advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to execute HR programs. • Ensure consistency of global HR processes while accommodating local requirements. • Support implementation of HR technology systems, policies, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position. • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required. • 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. • 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role supporting senior leadership. • Experience supporting multiple geographic regions and global workforces. • Experience managing organizational change, talent strategies, and employee relations matters. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. • Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and workforce trends. • Experience working across diverse cultures and international business environments. • Excellent consulting, coaching, and influencing capabilities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to interpret workforce metrics and develop actionable insights. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Skilled in conflict resolution and employee relations management. • Experience with HRIS systems, talent management platforms, and reporting tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
