📋 Description

• Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customers’ strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases • Collaborate with customer IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria • Configure data connectivity and extraction pipelines • Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards • Build and configure Celonis Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analyses, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights • Identify process inefficiencies and root causes with customers • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and customer context • Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies • Define and build KPIs and quantify business impact • Design and build operational solutions to drive value, adoption, and process conformance • Enable customer users to use and extend solutions independently • Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations • Train and demonstrate solutions to customer users • Document solution design decisions and configurations for handoff • Develop expertise in process domains or industry verticals and translate it into scalable solution patterns • Identify and standardize high-value use cases and collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams on the platform roadmap • Direct, validate, and refine AI-agent output while ensuring solutions are robust, user-friendly, maintainable, and scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting • Ability to build and configure Celonis platform solutions • Experience with data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation • Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python • Comfort with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor • Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively • Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering is a strong plus • Deep understanding of enterprise business processes and financial metrics • Knowledge of standard ERPs such as SAP and Oracle is a strong plus • Knowledge of Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Accounts Payable is a strong plus • Ability to steer customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes amid ambiguity • Ability to work with technical and business audiences • Excellent problem-solving skills and value-driven orientation • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact • Willingness to continuously develop expertise through experimentation • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus • Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%
