📋 Description

• Lead multiple concurrent business projects and related activities to deliver defined outcomes • Maintain workplans, milestones, dependencies, and governance routines across initiatives • Align cross-functional and external resources to complete deliverables and support operational handoffs • Present executive-ready status reporting covering progress, risks, issues, decisions, and budget-to-actual insights • Improve project management templates, controls, and reporting practices • Broker scope, staffing, and issue-resolution decisions across delivery partners • Identify and implement efficiency improvements reducing delivery cost, cycle time, or execution friction • Validate post-implementation outcomes and document lessons learned • Lead strategic initiatives by defining objectives and requirements, sequencing workstreams, and coordinating governance and resources • Translate business needs into actionable requirements, use cases, backlog priorities, design, and delivery decisions • Guide solution decisions by evaluating process and system impacts and partnering with delivery teams • Develop and maintain change management policies, standards, and procedural artifacts • Evaluate change requests for risk and impact, identify dependencies, and recommend control steps • Build and maintain a product roadmap driving objectives for desired outcomes • Apply knowledge of health system operations and supply chain processes to inform requirements and change decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 8+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required • Change management experience within business and IT operations, including policy, standard, and governance design • Knowledge of SDLC concepts and how changes move through build, test, and release • Knowledge of testing concepts and test tools, including evidence capture • Knowledge of regulatory compliance testing concepts applied to IT changes and controls • Knowledge of desktop services and endpoint support concepts relevant to operational changes • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with technical and business stakeholders • Ability to resolve process and tooling issues using structured problem-solving and conceptual thinking • Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple changes concurrently • Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines in a production operations environment • Ability to balance speed-to-deliver with compliance and control requirements • Ability to work effectively across IT and business teams to drive standard, repeatable change outcomes • Ability to build and maintain a product roadmap, driving objectives for desired outcomes • Master's degree preferred • PMP, Agile methodology certification (such as CSM or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement certification (Lean or Six Sigma), CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
