📋 Description

• Lead standardization of application deployments, containerization, and release processes • Design and implement consistent, repeatable deployment pipelines • Containerize applications using Docker and orchestration platforms such as ECS or Kubernetes • Establish shared CI/CD frameworks • Create tooling and documentation that enable engineering teams to ship reliably • Define DevOps best practices and golden paths • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and platform teams • Influence engineering workflows and build consensus around shared standards • Improve productivity through smooth, self-service deployment experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, or a related field required • Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience preferred • Certification in cloud platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, site reliability engineering, or equivalent preferred • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Helm • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure • Experience with Docker and orchestration platforms such as ECS or Kubernetes • Ability to drive adoption of standardized processes at scale • Ability to balance technical depth with cross-team collaboration • Strong communication and consensus-building skills
