📋 Description

• Support the sales cycle • Conduct high-volume incoming and outbound calls through an automatic dialer • Create and maintain lead records • Qualify, connect, and schedule prospects with Program Consultants for consultations • Maintain detailed documentation for cross-functional teams • Provide information to prospective clients and physicians • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences and maintain calendars • Ensure quality customer service during caller communications • Research and compile information using the internet and other resources • Use Microsoft Office and other software applications to assemble and format data and reports • Assist with special projects requested by the manager/director • Assist with special events planning • Participate in call critiques, giving and receiving feedback • Make decisions using protocols, established procedures, and prior experience in the company’s and partners’, affiliates’, and clients’ best interests • Perform other duties as assigned • Maintain regular and reliable attendance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work in and adapt to a high-pressure, stressful sales environment • Must be able to work rotating weekends • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish verbally and in writing • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • High school diploma or equivalent work experience • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM • Must have a quiet, distraction-free work area without extraneous noise when working remotely • Must be available on scheduled days and times
