📋 Description

• Provide in-depth technical and business knowledge regarding SAS • Provide advanced technical support through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting within SAS • Design and program complex new processes and reports with SAS • Act as SAS subject matter expert for the department or business unit • Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications • Perform application and system design and implementation • Document development requirements • Consult with end users to test and debug applications • Provide technical expertise in requirements solicitation, system analysis, technical design, programming, and documentation • Provide SAS oversight and resolve complex issues, optimizing performance and providing timely follow-up • Develop ad hoc reports for data analysis and validation • Analyze operational procedures and trends and identify problems • Conduct business analysis and recommend technical alternative solutions to management • Research, evaluate, and assess the financial impact of issues identified in data/processes • Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing business systems • Create multiuser, real-time, robust database solutions • Monitor and report departmental project status to management • Anticipate and identify issues that could inhibit project goals and objectives and implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies • Provide guidance and training to staff on processes, procedures, and issue resolution • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, conducting system analysis meetings, developing system design documents, developing project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines, and mediating different department demands to gain approvals on system scope and design • 4+ years of technical experience in SAS • 4+ years of technical experience in SQL • 4+ years of technical experience in Snowflake • 1+ year of technical experience in Databricks • 4+ years of ETL pipeline creation • 3+ years of experience in related business analysis • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in Healthcare • Preferred: SAS Certification • Master's degree in a related field may be considered in lieu of some required experience, not to exceed 2 years
