📋 Description

• Provide in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas • Develop ad-hoc reports and conduct data analysis and validation • Analyze operational procedures and trends to identify problems • Conduct business analysis and recommend technical alternative solutions to management • Research, evaluate, and assess the financial impact of data/process issues • Analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing business systems • Create multiuser, real-time, robust database solutions • Serve as subject matter expert in requirements solicitation, system analysis, technical design, programming, and documentation of business applications/systems • Monitor and report departmental project status; identify issues and implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies • Provide oversight, resolve complex issues, optimize performance, and provide timely follow-up • Provide guidance and training to staff on processes, procedures, and issue resolution • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, conducting system analysis meetings, developing system design documents, developing project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines, and mediating different department demands to gain approvals on system scope and design • 4+ years of experience in relevant programming including SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle (or similar depending upon departmental requirements) • 3+ years of experience in related business analysis • Preferred 1+ year of experience in Healthcare • Preferred 1+ year of experience in ASP/ASP.NET • Master's degree in a related field may be considered in lieu of some required experience, not to exceed 2 years • A license in one of the following is required: SAS Certification preferred
