📋 Description

• Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. • Oversee technical design efforts on enterprise software applications using C#/.NET backend, React.js frontend, and SQL Server. • Drive AWS infrastructure strategy leveraging cloud-native services and containerization for high availability and performance. • Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI). • Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute long-term product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role. • Proven track record leading teams building and maintaining SaaS applications. • Competency using .NET, ReactJS, RDBMS, Kubernetes and AWS PaaS. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to break down complex and long running projects into reasonable milestones.
