📋 Description

• Design, develop, and modify functionality in new and existing business applications • Code, test, debug, document, implement, upgrade, support, and maintain business applications • Analyze requirements • Test and integrate application components • Ensure successful implementation of system enhancements • Provide one week of 24/7 on-call coverage every three weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT related field, or 5–7 years' experience in PeopleSoft development and support of business applications in lieu of degree • Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in PeopleSoft development and support of business applications • Knowledge of PeopleSoft products and tools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, DataMover, SQR, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher, APIs, COBOL, nVision, and PS Query • Working knowledge of relational database systems; Oracle preferred • Strong SQL skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills • Preferred experience with PeopleSoft modules including HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Self Service, ePerformance, eCompensation, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and ELM • Preferred experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58 or later • Preferred systems implementation and/or upgrade experience • Preferred PeopleSoft Administration experience • Experience with UKG, Taleo, OnBase, Boomi, Oracle Analytics Server, or HighJump is a plus • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies is desirable • Must be a Minnesota or Wisconsin resident • Must successfully complete an occupational health assessment, drug screen, and background investigation • Must comply with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
