📋 Description

• Manage the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration components for a Salesforce implementation • Familiar with source code, version control, and code deployment patterns • Ability to understand a project and debug issues • Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations • Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment and follow our methodology

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Service Cloud or Sales Cloud • Experience with code versioning • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning • Understanding of object-oriented concepts • Basic knowledge of RDBMS • Experience with programmatic (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (point-and-click) development • Knowledge of integrations: APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL, Web Services • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment practices/strategies • Understanding of MVC architecture • Salesforce certifications • Skills in requirements elicitation and experience designing solutions using the platform and its products • CRM knowledge • Conversational English
