📋 Description

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications • Provide relevant market data and recommendations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements • Deliver strong candidate slates and build talent pipelines • Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details • Use market data and compensation guidelines to support offer recommendations • Act as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment cycle • Provide proactive and timely communication on search status • Deliver exceptional talent and consultative talent acquisition expertise

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Manufacturing/Industrial recruitment experience • Union site experience • Full-cycle and high-volume recruitment experience • Workday ATP experience • Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition • English language • Ability to work 8am–5pm EST
