📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and related clinical/support staff. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, career fairs, schools, and other recruiting channels. • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings. • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience. • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records within the ATS. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, qualifications, schedules, and hiring priorities. • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, credential verification, and other pre-employment requirements. • Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination. • Develop creative strategies to attract qualified ABA candidates in competitive labor markets. • Build relationships with universities, colleges, training programs, RBT programs, and professional organizations. • Monitor recruiting metrics, including applicant volume, interview activity, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and retention trends. • Stay informed about ABA industry staffing trends and relevant certification and credentialing requirements. • Support employer-branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, education, or human services. • Experience sourcing and recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, or similar healthcare/clinical professionals is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. • Professional, responsive, and candidate-focused approach. • Familiarity with BCBA and RBT certification requirements. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing platforms.
