📋 Description

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications • Provide relevant market data and recommendations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies • Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates • Build talent pipelines • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely progress updates • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details • Use market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting • French Canadian speaking recruiter capable of managing requisitions in Canada and the United States • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
