📋 Description

• Collaborate with the DSM Integrations Team to deliver high-quality software solutions • Design and maintain distributed systems with low-latency responses • Mentor junior team members and share best practices • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions • Continuously improve codebase through maintenance and refactoring

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on professional backend software development experience • Strong experience designing and maintaining real-time distributed systems with low-latency request/response handling • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Strong programming skills in Java are required ; however, we are open to considering your C/C++, Scala, Ruby, Rust, or Go experience if you are interested in transitioning to Java • Experience maintaining and refactoring legacy Python codebases • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs • Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL databases
