Circular Action Alliance is an organization working to create a circular economy for paper and packaging. The organization provides resources for producers (registration, producer resource center, fee-setting consultation, steering committee) and is active in multiple U. S. states including California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Maine, Maryland and Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Improve backend IT infrastructure environments, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and development initiatives • Work with leaders across the company to design architectures and manage products • Implement solutions supporting global infrastructure architecture and transition into operations • Administer M365 services including Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, DocuSign, and Kiteworks • Assess existing environments and identify improvements • Evaluate new technologies and trends and recommend positive implementations • Design solutions and lead staff in implementation through mentorship and guidance • Bridge technical staff and business leadership • Increase IT department efficiency by streamlining and automating processes • Provide technical direction on system implementation • Drive integration plans for new infrastructure systems • Drive virtual infrastructure design and implementation • Collaborate with the IT Operations Architect to implement platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices • Ensure infrastructure designs incorporate a security-first approach • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems • 3+ years in administering the M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments • MS Certifications welcome • Working knowledge of server and cloud architectures • Experience with large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems • Experience with environments leveraging cloud components in Azure • Security-first focus on all activities • Open-minded, curious, and resourceful • Passionate about and stay current with modern technologies • Solve problems systematically and transparently • Share ideas, solicit/integrate feedback, design and solve collaboratively • Take a software engineering approach and demonstrate automation and security mindsets • Attention to detail
