Circular Action Alliance is a nonprofit, producer-led Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) that coordinates and implements extended producer responsibility (EPR) and stewardship programs for paper and packaging across multiple U. S. states. CAA provides harmonized compliance services, producer registration and reporting, program administration, and stakeholder engagement to advance an efficient, effective circular economy for packaging materials.

📋 Description

• Administer M365 services: Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, DocuSign, and Kiteworks • Apply working knowledge of Azure services and integrations • Assess existing environments and identify improvements • Evaluate new technologies and trends and recommend beneficial implementations • Design solutions and lead staff in implementation through mentorship and guidance • Bridge technical staff and business leadership • Improve IT department efficiency by streamlining and automating processes • Provide technical direction on system implementation • Drive integration plans for new infrastructure systems • Drive virtual infrastructure design and implementation • Collaborate with the IT Operations Architect to implement platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices • Ensure infrastructure designs use a security-first approach • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems • 3+ years in administering the M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments • MS Certifications welcome • Working knowledge of server and cloud architectures • Experience with large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems • Experience with environments leveraging cloud components in Azure
