📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Marketo administrator • Build, maintain, and enhance scalable marketing automation programs and workflows • Partner across Marketing, RevOps, Sales Operations, and Analytics • Drive continuous improvements across the marketing technology ecosystem • Administer the Marketo platform • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations • Automate recurring marketing processes • Establish and maintain governance standards • Provide technical guidance and support for campaign execution • Train and mentor stakeholders on Marketo best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline • 7+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience • Marketo Certification(s) • 4+ years of experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation platforms • 3+ years' experience with email deliverability, lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs • Excellent project management skills • Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM process management methodologies • Prior experience working in B2B SaaS or a high-tech environment • Ability to train and mentor teams on marketing automation best practices • Experience managing integrations between marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript (or similar technologies)
