📋 Description

• Execute 80–100 strategic outbound touchpoints per day via calls, texts, emails, and video • Follow a structured cadence for semi-cold leads, including fresh inquiries and older leads that went quiet • Convert leads into qualified Discovery Visits that show up • Build rapport quickly and handle objections about cost, timing, skepticism, and prior failed care • Set expectations and reinforce commitment to protect Discovery Visit show rates • Maintain clean and accurate CRM documentation and pipeline hygiene • Track, report on, and own booking rate, show rate, and conversion-quality metrics • Participate in weekly sales coaching, call reviews, and live role-play • Contribute to bookings that convert into paid evaluations and care plans

🎯 Requirements

• US-based and authorized to work in the US • Available during Eastern Time business hours • 2+ years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience with a high-volume call/text/email cadence • Proven track record hitting booking or revenue targets • Strong, demonstrable objection-handling ability • CRM experience; Go High Level experience is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication • Comfortable with ongoing coaching, feedback, and role-play • Preferred bonus: experience in health/wellness, elective medical, cash-based healthcare, or high-ticket service sales
