📋 Description

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap • Design, develop, and take end-to-end ownership of complex features and software components • Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack • Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture • Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements • Contribute to AI-focused initiatives across multiple product engineering teams • Work directly with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to design and ship critical, AI-focused product features

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend • Solid experience building frontends with React • Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or strongly frontend-leaning engineer with backend comfort • Experience with MongoDB as an application database • Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines • Comfortable working directly with senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to work fully remotely from the Americas and align with a remote-first work culture • 5–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience • Interest in or experience with AI/ML-focused product development • Background in fintech, financial software, or data infrastructure products

• Salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 USD annually • Visa sponsorship is available • Fully remote work
