📋 Description

• Provide critical support to the People Operations function • Act as a thought partner to the Director of All Things People and other People leaders • Provide administrative support and execute department reporting, onboarding, payroll, performance review and compliance strategies • Support the semi-monthly payroll process through document preparation, timecard management, processing and liaison with internal and external partners • Assist with monthly, annual and ad-hoc HR reporting • Provide tier 1 employee support, triage incoming requests and expand knowledge of HR and bank processes • Own monthly staff meeting preparation • Provide project support including research, data management and analysis, reporting and presentation preparation • Support the annual performance review process through document management and follow-up • Own department filing systems and calendars; conduct regular filing audits • Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, first-week administration, E-Verify, system changes and notifications • Liaise with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding • Embody the bank’s environmental, social, economic and racial justice mission • Collaborate with Compliance on suspicious activity and potentially fraudulent activity investigations • Stay informed on legal and regulatory requirements and complete compliance and IT training

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR Support or Generalist role • Experience with fast-scaling and changing HR environments • Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred • Experience with ADP Workforce NOW strongly preferred • Ability to support payroll, reporting, onboarding, offboarding and performance review processes • Willingness to pursue and demonstrate understanding of banking and fintech financial products, applicable regulations and laws • Strong overall business acumen and ability to interpret legal documents • Comfortable with Microsoft 365 • Experience with ADP Workforce NOW • Ideally used Performance Management platforms • Ability to comply with BSA, AML, CIP and OFAC requirements • Must be a non-smoker or affirm commitment to cessation within 90 days of offer acceptance • Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours • Must be authorized to work in the United States
