📋 Description

• Design solutions leveraging Salesforce products, features, best practices, and custom components to meet customer needs • Deliver technical and non-technical project documentation with architecture diagrams, data models, and integration architecture • Own overall solution design and build task development • Estimate effort required to complete build tasks • Oversee reporting/dashboard creation and user acceptance testing • Determine when to use declarative versus programmatic development, partner applications, and AppExchange products • Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, and data migration duties as needed • Work with Coastal team members and client members toward customer satisfaction and success • Act as a solution subject matter expert with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to scope sales proposals • Partner with Project Managers to foster collaboration with delivery and customer project teams • Develop professional and technical skills and support the growth of Coastal team members • Achieve and maintain necessary Salesforce technical and Salesforce partner certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working within the Health and Life Sciences industry as an employee, or supporting them as a client in a techno functional capacity • 4-6 years of advanced skills in Salesforce Platform Business Analysis and exposure to Project Scoping • 2+ years experience in a Senior Consultant or equivalent seniority role • Strong competencies around the core Salesforce.com platform • Applied knowledge of Salesforce and the Sales, Services, and Marketing functions • Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Certification required • Minimum 4x Salesforce certifications preferred • Additional Salesforce.com cloud knowledge specific to industry/verticals preferred • Previous experience with software development life cycle, Agile or Hybrid preferred • Ability to create entity relationship and object relationship diagrams • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience being client-facing and/or acting as an internal project leader and managing multiple stakeholders • Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Experience with Health Cloud, and Health Cloud Accredited Professional preferred • Experience with Life Sciences Cloud and/or certification • Travel, as required by client or project milestones • Basic knowledge of common enterprise systems CRM or ERP
