📋 Description

• Own the overall design of technical solutions and recommend best-practice solutions based on client needs • Provide technical guidance for Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications supporting business and product strategies • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client processes and challenges • Translate discovery findings into technical requirements and documented solution designs • Design Salesforce solutions using product features, best practices, and custom components • Deliver technical and non-technical project documentation and architecture diagrams • Develop build tasks, estimate effort, and oversee reporting/dashboard creation and UAT • Determine when to use declarative versus programmatic development, partner applications, and AppExchange products • Perform Salesforce administration, configuration, and data migration duties as needed • Work with Coastal and client team members toward customer satisfaction and success • Act as a solution SME with Delivery leadership and Account Executives to scope sales proposals • Partner with Project Managers to foster collaboration among delivery and customer project teams • Develop professional and technical skills while guiding Coastal team members • Achieve and maintain required Salesforce technical and partner certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in the Health and Life Sciences industry as an employee or supporting HLS clients in a techno-functional capacity • 4–6 years of advanced Salesforce Platform Business Analysis skills and exposure to project scoping • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant or equivalent seniority • Strong competency in the core Salesforce.com platform • Applied knowledge of Salesforce and Sales, Services, and Marketing functions • Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications required; minimum 4x certified preferred • Additional Salesforce cloud knowledge preferred, including Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service • Previous software development life cycle, Agile, or Hybrid experience preferred • Ability to create entity relationship and object relationship diagrams • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Client-facing experience and/or experience acting as an internal project leader and managing multiple stakeholders • Ability to develop practical Salesforce solutions and methodologies • Must have full-time permanent U.S. work authorization • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Health Cloud and Health Cloud Accredited Professional experience preferred • Willingness to travel as required by clients or project milestones • Basic knowledge of common enterprise CRM or ERP systems
