📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a global team of engineers building an AI-driven offensive security platform • Report to the CTO and collaborate closely with product management • Execute technology initiatives supporting the company’s rapid growth plans • Hire, manage, mentor, and coach global engineers • Own improvements to existing offerings and build innovative products • Collaborate with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives • Own the platform’s technical vision and architecture for scale, stability, and resiliency • Foster innovation and experimentation • Establish standards for quality, efficiency, and security • Drive engineering design, architecture, and development best practices • Develop and own strategy to improve engineering quality and efficiency using AI technologies, coding best practices, and agile methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field • 15 years of experience in software development, with 5 years of experience in building SaaS cybersecurity products • Strong multi-cloud engineering experience • Experience establishing engineering standards and best practices for AI-assisted software development, including tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants • Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI-powered developer tooling and modern engineering practices • Experience with Secure SDL best practices and building DevOps/DevSecOps teams • Experience leading distributed international engineering teams • Strong internal and external communication skills; experience working with a variety of business functions • High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and comfort with change • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale engineering teams effectively • Strong skills in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (React) • Familiarity with Node.js, cloud environments, GCP, and Kubernetes is a plus • Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and retain great people • Proven ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
