📋 Description

• Work directly on new customer experiences built on Cohere's advanced AI systems • Collaborate daily with researchers and engineers • Run implementations end-to-end and see initiatives through to real outcomes • Partner across research, marketing, sales, and finance to help define how Cohere grows • Provide recommendations that feed directly into products and strategy • Transform unstructured data into performant datasets in relational databases and blob storage • Build and support foundational data infrastructure for AI products and enterprise analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on production-grade data processing systems • Strong command of Python and SQL • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Apache Beam, Spark, or Flink • Experience with large-scale data system design • Ability to transform unstructured data into performant datasets in relational databases and blob storage • Familiarity with modern analytics stack tooling such as BigQuery, Airflow, or dbt • Genuine excitement about AI and interest in following AI research • Comfort operating at the edge of what's known and desire to build something genuinely new • Knowledge of Java or Golang (nice to have) • Experience with Kubernetes (nice to have)
