📋 Description

• Own end-to-end development of user-facing compliance agent platform features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies • Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations • Partner with product, design, security, and data teams on compliance and customer-experience solutions • Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services using event-driven architectures, caching, load balancing, and observability tooling across AWS and Kubernetes • Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices • Build AI-first applications and services that streamline compliance processes and help agents resolve customer issues and KYC workflows faster and more accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience • Experience building web applications with at least one modern backend language (Golang, Python, Java, or similar) • Experience with a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue, or similar) • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Familiarity with containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker, or similar) • Experience with distributed systems concepts such as caching, event-driven architectures, or API integrations • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences through documentation, design proposals, or code reviews • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Must be eligible to work in the USA, as indicated by the Remote - USA location and US applicant notices
