📋 Description
• Own the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for financial data pipelines • Drive the design and delivery of new backend services in Golang • Lead high-stakes initiatives to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of financial data • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, and other Platform teams • Shape the team's technical culture by mentoring senior engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of backend software development experience • Led platform-building efforts within financial or transactional domains • Deep expertise in Go (or similar backend languages) • Track record of setting technical direction across teams • Proven ability to translate complex financial, accounting, or compliance requirements
