📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers evaluating or migrating across platforms • Understand customer environments and design migration paths that fit their infrastructure • Own technical discovery, deep-dive demos, and sandboxes for prospects and customers • Partner with Customer Success to support smooth migrations and rapid post-migration value realization • Support configuration and deliver minor technical changes for successful implementation • Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration guides, and talk tracks • Translate technical capabilities into business value for technical and economic buyers • Feed prospect and customer feedback into Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps and identify migration friction • Build deep expertise in both Compliance Manager and Guard platforms • Support a multi-year migration initiative from late 2026 through the end of 2028

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar technical pre-sales role • Strong technical depth, including the ability to demo complex products, explain configuration and implementation details, and answer technical questions • Track record of managing relationships with large, complex organizations, ideally with a deeply technical enterprise product • Understanding of and comfort navigating security, compliance, and IT processes at large enterprises • Ability to connect technical detail to customer business value • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting one-on-one, in small groups, and at larger venues • Comfort working with ambiguity • Collaborative, low-ego, self-starter approach • Prior healthcare compliance, governance, risk, or security product experience is nice to have • Experience supporting a product migration or platform transition is nice to have • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams is nice to have • Comfort operating in a small, fast-moving environment is nice to have • Location eligibility includes qualified candidates onshore and offshore
