📋 Description

• Run proofs-of-concept with leads • Guide customers through onboarding and recommend best practices for architectures and use cases • Ensure new customers are activated, satisfied, and have their questions answered • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders • Partner with account executives on demo and discovery calls • Speak with customers daily to identify workflow friction and product improvements • Understand customer needs and provide feedback for the product roadmap • Guide the user experience and developer experience roadmap • Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders • Improve documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback • Drive technical success across a growing customer base • Influence the short- and long-term product roadmap • Help build future customer success and go-to-market teams and functions • Work closely with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts • High energy and high ownership mindset • Willingness to operate in ambiguity • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco • Familiarity with secret management tools or developer security platforms • Solid understanding of developer workflows and/or DevSecOps infrastructure • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment • Involvement in developer communities or public speaking • Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or DevRel • Experience supporting enterprise accounts and working with technical stakeholders
