📋 Description

• Install, configure, update, optimize, monitor, and troubleshoot Informatica and Cognos applications in large MMIS operating environments • Collaborate with other teams on deliverables • Respond to tickets and inquiries within expected timeframes • Provide timely correspondence regarding actions and status, and attend meetings • Perform company administrative activities, including mandatory training, timekeeping, performance activities, and compliance with policies and procedures • Work outside business hours when implementing projects or system changes • Install and maintain Cognos and Informatica across the operating-environment lifecycle for multiple clients • Optimize performance and install updates and vulnerability fixes

🎯 Requirements

• Discipline and integrity to work with US based teams and communicate effectively • 5+ years hands-on experience with Cognos v11 & v12 and Informatica Power Center v10.x, IDMC and CDI-PC on Linux • Experience configuring LDAP, Active Directory, and SSO authentication • Experience managing Cognos servers, gateways, dispatchers, and content store databases • Experience deploying and migrating Cognos reports and Informatica code across environments • Experience troubleshooting report failures, server issues, and production issues • Experience coordinating with development teams • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs • Experience managing backups, recovery, and migration between DEV, QA, and PROD environments • Experience implementing high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies • Experience creating/editing published system documentation • Willingness to perform assigned duties and adopt additional technologies as needed • Willingness to work outside business hours for projects or system changes • Experience with Forgerock, Business Objects v4.3 in a clustered configuration, or Tableau is a plus
