📋 Description

• Provide first- and second-level technical software support directly to clients • Participate in and/or lead issue tracking and ticket review meetings with internal teams and clients • Focus on production-related issues and activities • Collaborate with Support Engineers, Maven Core Engineers, and Quality Assurance Testing Engineers • Use Jira to track support issues within client-specific SLAs • Use Jira to track Maven migration requests and DCRs within client expectations • Provide after-hours phone support coverage when required by business needs • Enter time spent on projects and tasks according to Conduent policy • Travel to client or company sites as required • Resolve issue tickets and implement fixes • Build change requests • Perform minor and major software release migrations and builds • Package and deliver escrow materials • Support defects, improvements, features, migrations, and implementations • Conduct software security scans and code reviews • Meet contractual obligations and complete assigned deliverables within established timeframes • Report to the Maven Delivery Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Software Development and 4+ years of experience in Java Software Development, or equivalent work experience • Strong Java/J2EE skills • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as Oracle, MSQL, and PostgreSQL • Knowledge of JavaScript and related technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Ajax • Knowledge of XML • Working knowledge of application servers such as Tomcat, WebSphere, AWS, and Azure helpful • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies helpful • Knowledge of enterprise software required • Public health industry knowledge a plus • Strong analytical, conceptual, and technical problem-solving abilities • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, including listening and empathy skills • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and navigating competing priorities • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to remain calm, composed, and articulate in challenging situations • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and organizations • Self-motivated and able to learn in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment with limited direct supervision • Ability to provide after-hours phone support when required • Ability to travel to client or company sites as required
