📋 Description

• Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Infinity, Enterprise Class Structure, and reusable design patterns • Lead development of complex case types, data models, UI components, and business logic • Architect and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, and Pega Connectors • Mentor junior System Architects and conduct code reviews • Maintain a Guardrail Score of 90+ • Identify bottlenecks and optimize performance using Tracer, PAL, PLA, and DB Trace • Support CI/CD pipelines and implement RBAC and ABAC security configurations • Lead Pega enterprise solutions from inception through production • Create and maintain technical design documents, application frameworks, class structures, and data models • Design scalable solutions following Pega best practices and application layering principles • Perform architecture reviews for enterprise standards and Pega guardrails • Leverage reusable components and frameworks • Work through the full SDLC from requirements gathering to production deployment • Apply iterative development and continuous delivery practices

🎯 Requirements

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory • 5+ years of hands-on experience post-CSSA certification • Proven Pega PRPC platform development expertise, version 7.x/8.x minimum • Experience with complex case management, routing, SLAs, and escalation models • Experience building integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other connectivity protocols • Proficiency in Pega Data Pages, Declare Expressions, Decision Rules, and Activities • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, and JSON • SQL and database concepts, including Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 • Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, and Tomcat application servers • Microservices architecture and reusable component design experience • Object-oriented programming principles • Ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Full SDLC experience from requirements gathering to production deployment • Iterative development and continuous delivery practices • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities • Healthcare domain experience, HIPAA knowledge, and payer/provider workflow experience are preferred • Government-sector, federal/state agency, FedRAMP, and public-sector case management experience are preferred
