β€’ Run full-cycle sales independently from prospecting through close and early account activation. β€’ Own pipeline, run demos, and close deals selling to home health agencies and nursing homes. β€’ Stay on account post-sale to ensure a strong handoff. β€’ Engage and align multiple stakeholders across patient services, intake, and leadership. β€’ Identify expansion opportunities within signed partners during activation window. β€’ Maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or another operationally complex environment. β€’ Outbound muscle to find, qualify, and engage prospects without relying on inbound alone. β€’ Multi-stakeholder selling chops navigating complex sales processes. β€’ Coachability and collaboration to improve playbook through reps. β€’ CRM discipline, fluent in HubSpot or similar. β€’ Background in DME, healthcare logistics, or insurance tech is a bonus. β€’ Familiarity with healthcare compliance in sales cycles.
