β’ 2β5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or another operationally complex environment. β’ Outbound muscle to find, qualify, and engage prospects without relying on inbound alone. β’ Multi-stakeholder selling chops navigating complex sales processes. β’ Coachability and collaboration to improve playbook through reps. β’ CRM discipline, fluent in HubSpot or similar. β’ Background in DME, healthcare logistics, or insurance tech is a bonus. β’ Familiarity with healthcare compliance in sales cycles.
