📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and Hiring Managers to ensure compliance with internal processes • Assist with job posting and requisition maintenance • Schedule interviews via Microsoft Teams and Outlook across various time zones • Collaborate with the internal team to create a positive candidate experience • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies • Generate and analyze weekly recruitment reports tracking key metrics, candidates, and job postings • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates during interviews, applications, and follow-ups • Participate in the Recruit Awesome People program by referring talent to the Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

🎯 Requirements

• College degree required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred • High level of organizational and time management skills • Excellent written communication skills • Excellent knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize
