📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve data platform, configuration, infrastructure, application, and product-related issues • Serve as liaison between technical and operations teams and support business stakeholders • Work directly with clients and management during production events • Escalate issues as needed while communicating status and risks • Produce after-outage documentation • Coordinate troubleshooting across data operations, development, infrastructure, and management teams • Manage technical and data operations meetings • Prioritize and route reported issues based on business impact • Document and improve production support processes • Expand the knowledge base of system problems and resolutions • Share peer knowledge and provide training • Help data operations team members create incident and change request tickets • Interface with engineering, infrastructure, database administration, implementation, and configuration management teams • Follow up on outstanding tickets and root cause analyses • Confirm permanent resolution status • Generate daily status update reports for business stakeholders and leadership • Complete annual performance plan responsibilities and assigned special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field preferred, or equivalent • 0–1 year of experience developing/supporting enterprise-level applications software in multi-node Windows or Linux Server environments • Knowledge of application architectures, workflows, and monitoring tools • 0–1 year of experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access, and database management tools • Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, or VB scripting • Knowledge of Java EE and/or .NET frameworks • Project management experience preferred • Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment using online collaboration tools • Ability to troubleshoot application issues and escalate to supporting engineering teams • Knowledge of commonly used information technology concepts, practices, and procedures • Solid written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
