📋 Description

• Establish and execute the AI roadmap for a designated portfolio of Crescent-managed hotels • Identify AI opportunities with significant business impact across hotel operations • Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Technology • Assess whether solutions should be built, bought, configured, or integrated • Lead initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, measurement, and optimization • Partner with technology teams on systems, integrations, data, security, and governance • Translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions • Ensure introduced solutions are adopted and used • Measure business outcomes and ROI from AI investments

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, data integration, and emerging AI platforms • Ability to build business cases, evaluate technology and vendors, lead cross-functional implementation, drive organizational adoption, and measure ROI • Ability to work with executives and operators to understand business problems and manual processes • Experience driving AI or digital transformation in complex, multi-unit businesses • Hospitality experience would be valuable but is not stated as required
