📋 Description

• help lead the configuration and administration of Workday • operate with a product management philosophy, conducting regular user interviews • design and optimize workflows • manage the Jira service management queue for People Systems • partner with IT to build and monitor integrations • ensure audit-ready data for leadership insights • act as a guardian of employee data • lead the rollout of new features across the People stack

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in People Systems/HRIS • at least 3 years of deep configuration experience in Workday (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Security) • proven experience to own a project from 'we have a problem' to 'we launched the solution' • demonstrated ability to think and act like a product manager • practical experience administering tools that handle Talent Acquisition, Performance/Engagement, and Tier 1-3 Ticketing • experience with EIBs, REST/SOAP APIs, and iPaaS tools • experience with data architecture and an understanding of how data fields connect across platforms • ability to translate complex technical requirements into language that can resonate with a variety of users
