📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize a caseload of appraisal orders • Assist with ordering appraisals through Mercury Network and assign requests to qualified appraisers within established time frames • Maintain workflow efficiency through Encompass and Mercury Network • Process payments according to company and department policies and processes • Maintain reports tracking appraisal assignments from order date through final completion • Communicate with appraisers and AMCs through Encompass and Mercury Network • Reply to customer emails and confirm appointment scheduling • Assist Processors, Underwriters, Loan Officers, and Loan Processors with appraisal ordering and condition-management tasks • Explain product and service progress to customers while collaborating with vendors • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with FHA and VA appraisal order placement • Appraisal knowledge preferred • Knowledge of industry-standard computer programs • Excellent prioritization and time management skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work Pacific Standard Time Zone working hours
