📋 Description

• Explore client business operations and scope appropriate solutions with clients and Cuesta teams • Design and build software that changes how client work gets done • Own solutions end to end, including discovery, system design, coding, deployment, and production iteration • Demo working solutions in under a week and ship to production in weeks • Build custom AI agents and LLM features with solution architects and data engineers • Connect AI agents and applications to client data, tools, and workflows • Engineer with Claude Code and define the team’s AI coding-tool playbook • Deploy and operate applications on cloud platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code • Ensure production-grade reliability and security • Turn engagement learnings into reusable components • Shape the technology stack, processes, and hiring as the team grows • Progress toward technical leadership, hiring, training, and ownership of core engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping production software • Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code • Strong modern web development fundamentals • Experience with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Docker, LangChain, and LangSmith • Experience deploying and operating production apps on AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, or similar • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform or Pulumi • Comfort exploring and scoping ambiguous problems with clients and teammates • Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
