📋 Description

• Develop, extend, and continuously improve Custom Health's cloud-native technology platform • Design and implement applications and enhance cloud infrastructure, including front-end web apps, APIs, communication channels, back-end services, gateways, cloud components, and databases • Design, code, and unit test features and core platform components • Collaborate with Product Management and technical leaders to implement features and functions • Deliver ease of use and excellent user experience • Participate in work planning and break modules into tasks and subtasks in an agile development environment • Contribute to or lead process improvements, design reviews, and code reviews • Promote high standards of quality • Partner with leaders and peers to identify and pursue initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must be located in Portland, Oregon • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience in software development • Expertise in C# .NET development • Solid understanding of back-end development concepts, including RESTful APIs, database design, microservices architecture, message brokers, and debugging methods and tools for microservices • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (e.g. Tailwind), JavaScript, and ReactiveUI library • Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases • Expertise in modern large-scale, distributed data architecture, data processing, and data stores • Working knowledge of architectural design patterns such as Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) • Strong software lifecycle management skills • Excellent communication skills • Experience with AWS is a plus • Experience with Blazor framework and Razor markup syntax is a plus • Experience with GraphQL is a plus • Prior healthcare data experience is a plus • Experience with complex systems including software, hardware, and external devices is a plus
