📋 Description

• Lead the provider recruiting effort for one Oak Street Health division • Manage Associates and Specialists on the Provider Services team • Serve as the day-to-day Manager across all Oak Street Health divisions, working with the Director and Senior Vice President as needed • Develop and execute divisional and regional recruiting strategies • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives with the Marketing team • Develop and execute conference strategy and residency program affiliations • Support provider development and provider engagement programming • Work with Division Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents to analyze patient demand • Forecast provider supply and demand with operations, medical, and finance stakeholders to determine the number and timing of provider hires • Enhance recruitment materials and sourcing methods • Assist direct reports in providing an optimal candidate experience • Engage external recruitment firms when necessary and negotiate rates and contracts • Lead contracting and negotiation when hiring physicians and NP/PAs for personal and direct-report hires • Maintain and evolve candidate information databases • Develop provider recruitment metrics to measure success and plan future recruitment initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience • Minimum 2–3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider specific preferred • CPRP certification preferred • Strong interpersonal skills • Knowledge of value-based care models preferred • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday a plus • Ability to manage multiple requisitions • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week
