📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking • Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience from start to finish • Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles • Heavy sourcing skills; strong hunter-mentality • Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of important details • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work well under pressure, addressing regular high-demand requests and needs quickly • MSP/VMS experience a plus • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional evenings/weekends as needed
