📋 Description

• Own the technical vision, execution, and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs • Oversee Salesforce platform architecture, customization, and scalability across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Lead development of custom microservices, event-driven middleware, REST/GraphQL APIs, and data integration pipelines • Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows, contact center integrations, automated outreach trigger engines, and partner portals • Hire, mentor, and retain Salesforce developers, full-stack software engineers, and integration specialists • Drive Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, sprint execution, code reviews, and architecture sessions • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Security, Marketing, Sales Operations, and executive leadership • Enforce DevOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and Salesforce governor-limit optimization • Evaluate and integrate Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein AI, LLM/generative AI orchestration, and automated routing • Ensure compliance with enterprise security controls, data governance, HIPAA, CCPA, and SOC2

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering • 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Orchestration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud • Background in full-stack or backend software development, including Java, Node.js, Python, microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, and relational and non-relational databases • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications using MuleSoft, Workato, AWS, GCP, or Azure • Direct experience delivering technology solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Telesales operations, marketing automation, or partner/outreach platforms • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience • Salesforce System Architect, Application Architect, or CTA track certifications preferred • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling, and cloud-native architecture preferred • Experience operationalizing AI capabilities, intelligent agentic workflows, or vector search integrations preferred • Healthcare, Retail Health, HealthTech, or related regulated-domain experience preferred
